Hey, my name is Marcus Antonio. I'm the heart and hands behind this kitchen. I was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica. I grew up surrounded by the rich aromas, bold flavours, and vibrant culture that make Jamaican food so unforgettable. From watching my grandmother stir pots of spicy curry goat to helping my mother season the perfect jerk chicken, food has always been a powerful way to connect with my roots.
Now based in Birmingham, UK, I’ve made it my mission to bring the taste of Jamaica to your table. Whether it’s the smoky heat of Scotch bonnet peppers, the comforting warmth of a bowl of oxtail stew, or the simple joy of freshly baked festival, every dish I create tells a story — of home, heritage, and heart.
